Great service. Friendly staff. Clean and spacy room. Location 4 stars at the moment because ongoing construction activities outside to renovate George Sqr. Apart from that great location close to station, bars, restaurants etc

Staff very efficient, welcoming and informative. Room was lovely and spacious. Breakfast was very good and there was a good selection. Location is perfect as is close to the train station and not far from Buchanan street bus station. The hotel is situated opposite George Square which is temporarily closed off at the moment. So if you are looking for a really good hotel which is right in the city centre, then this is it!

Great hotel. Second time I've stayed there as a stopver for work, and nothing negative to say at all. Room was more of a suite than just a room, bed comfy, and bathroom clean. For the price paid, this location, room, and service is difficult to beat. Only one thing, roadworks outside on pavement (George Square) could prove an issue for wheelchair users, but that's hardly the hotel's fault.

Fantastic stay in this beautiful hotel. Very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean room. So very peaceful and quiet. Just what we needed. Would definitely recommend this gorgeous hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff.

This hotel was amazing, let’s start with a location. All of downtown and two train stations are with an easy walking distance. In fact, one train station is about 100 feet away from the front door. Surrounded by beautiful downtown architecture stone buildings. The location is perfect. Let’s talk about breakfast, most hotels have some kind of little breakfast bar, this place doesn’t have a breakfast bar. It has a breakfast room. They can probably seat 100 people. And you can even find a table out by the window so you can watch people go to work. The room was fantastic. The bathroom had to be my favorite, the bathroom was about 10‘ x 10‘ all done up in white tile. I’d like most hotels I don’t care what they’re doing in the room next-door. You can’t hear it same with the ceiling. So I’m giving it five stars.

Got a really good deal for room only overnight stay in double room. Bedroom was massive, comfy bed and sofa, plus lovely bathroom. Very central location, next to Glasgow Queen St Station. Would stay again.

This was the last stay of our Scotland trip. Glasgow reminded me of an older Boston. More current architecture than other cities in Scotland. It was a little bit away from the action but we don’t mind walking. A Great Wall art walk!! The Mural Trail, look it up and follow the map to see some cool art down streets and alleys. However, it was a very close walk to the bus station for our trip back to Edinburgh airport. Staff were very friendly, rooms were clean and spacious. Our view wasn’t great, the roof of the train station. We didn’t purchase the breakfast option instead opting to partake in the local coffee shops and restaurants. It’s on a pretty high traffic street. In fact, the morning we left the hotel was the packet pick up site for the Great Scottish Run 10K/half marathon.
